Movie Night

We got an early start to the birthday celebration. Last night we went to see an outdoor movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, put on by the local Parks & Rec. They are putting on a movie every Thursday night throughout the summer. What a fun time!

Lillies

Here are some flower pictures. There are a few more lily varieties that aren't blooming yet. We will add pictures when they do. The first three pictures were added 6/21.

Tennis

Clara has been going to tennis lessons 3 times a week for the last two weeks. She learns a little more each year. Here she is in action:

Nicholas likes to play on the playground during Clara's lesson. Today he learned how to go down the firepole by himself!

Last Day

Don't forget, today is the last day to enter the Name the Bears contest!

Zoo Trip

Today we went to explore the new Polar Frontier exhibit at the zoo. They did a fantastic job. Now, we might actually check out the North America section more often!

There is also an under water viewing area, but the polar bears were resting, so no swimming pictures today.

Cute little arctic foxes...smelly, too.

Art Festival

Yesterday, the Early Interval performed as a part of the Columbus Arts Festival. It was Nicholas' first concert. Before the concert we got a chance to walk through the exhibits. There was a lot of nature themed art. Beautiful pottery in the shape of leaves and animals as well as bird and butterfly paintings.
